The Financial Services Academy will entertain Applications upto 20th March 2009 for Certificate in Capital Markets (CCM) due to commence in March/April 2009. |

The application for CCM should be duly completed and posted / handed over to The Financial Services Academy, Level 29, East Tower, World Trade Centre, Colombo on or before 20th March 2009. The words “Certificate in Capital Markets” & the batch selection (Weekend or Weekday) should be written on the top left-hand corner of the envelope when forwarding the application. |

Applicants of those who do not have the requisite qualifications, applications not submitted in the prescribed form, incomplete applications and applications received after the closing date will be rejected without intimation. |

|
Registration fee of Rs. 23,500/- + 12% VAT should be sent along with the Application. |

| |
Cheques can be drawn in favour of “Securities & Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka” crossed “A/C payee only”. |

| |
The money should be deposited to HSBC A/C No. 001 – 563428 – 001. The original receipt should be attached to the application. |

|
|
Please state the details of payments and batch selection (Weekday /Weekend /Any of the two) in the appropriate cage of the application form. |

|
All the certified copies of certificates and the copy of the identity card should be attached to the application. |
| |
|
|
Please read the instructions carefully and ensure that the payment, self addressed stamped envelope and other relevant documents are also attached. |
